An agile mindset is a person’s inner attitude, it is the way they view the world. It consists of values and guiding principles that condense into ways of thinking and patterns of behavior. People with this agile mindset prioritize understanding, collaboration, learning, and mental flexibility. Not purely for their own sake, but to achieve even better results faster for their customers and in their jobs.


An agile mindset is also demonstrated by the individual attitude towards results and work, leading people, learning, the ability to question oneself.


Without an agile mindset among its leaders, no company can successfully manage an agile transformation in a sustainable way.
