Agile Mindset Assessment®
Because you cannot afford to have a wrong placement
An agile mindset is the inner attitude of a person, it is the way he or she views the world. It consists of values and guiding principles that condense into ways of thinking and patterns of behavior. People with this agile mindset prioritize understanding, collaboration, learning, and mental flexibility. Not as an end in itself, but to achieve better and even faster results for their customers and in their jobs.
An agile mindset is also demonstrated by the individual attitude towards results and work, leading people, learning, the ability to question oneself. Without an agile mindset among its leaders, no company can successfully master an agile transformation in the long term. Even if they have come a long way, they are stuck in “agile doing”; this brings neither the hoped-for results nor truly committed employees. What is needed is the leap from “agile doing” to “agile being”. A “we are agile now” misses the point. These companies cannot really react quickly and effectively to changes; the market or agile competitors leave them behind. This requires an agile mindset.

The agile mindset as base for agile leadership
An agile mindset is also the basis for agile leadership. Agile leadership provides the right environment and addresses the inner motivation of the team. As a result, high-performance teams are created in such an environment through the Agile Mindset. In high-performance teams, new ways are quickly found, new forms of cooperation are tried out, and effective and efficient work is done towards the common goal, so that these teams become a little better every day.
This is achieved, among other things, by exemplifying respect, appreciation and openness. All these are parts of the agile mindset which we quantify in the Agile Mindset Assessment®.

When Peter Drucker says: “90% of what we call management is making it harder for people to do their jobs,” the Agile Mindset is the exact opposite: “An Agile Mindset with Agile Leadership is the ability to empower the organization and its people every day to become even better, to deliver customer value even faster.”
